This class is designed for beginners.

Join me for an in depth, three week throwing course You will have my undivided attention throughout the class, and we will go through each step in detail, teaching you the fundamental principles of throwing, trimming and glazing.

Available as a session for one person or two people if you’d like to bring a friend. Please note that two person sessions are on a single wheel, so you will take it in turns to throw and trim. I find this to be a great way to learn if you’re new to throwing and especially if you feel a bit nervous.

Two hour session for two people or ninety minute session for one, in my Stockport studio. Choose one pot each to keep.

Week One: Throwing

Week Two: Trimming

Week Three: Glazing

Please note that this class takes place in a shared studio space. Other members of the studio may be present during your session.
